The speed limit on Rush Road in Napavine is now too slow. This petition is a request to the City Council that the speed limit on Rush Road be changed back to its original speed limit of 50 MPH, and all signs be placed back in the original locations.
Since the speed zone has changed to 35 MPH, traffic has increased on exit 71 and into Napavine via Stella Road. This has decreased the safety through a residential area. Napavine businesses will loose income due to the decreased amount of clients traveling through Napavine to Winlock and other surrounding communities.
