Scott C. Slattery, MD
Board Certified Orthopedist with American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery
Subspecialty Certification in Orthopaedic Sports Medicine

“Helping people enjoy an active life without limitations from pain or injury is the greatest reward in my medical practice...”

“I want to see my patients enjoying their life and doing what they love to do – from taking walks in the park, waltzing, to rock climbing. Because I am so involved in individual sports like biking, skiing and climbing, I can empathize and give very specific care with additional advice to my athletically inclined patients. I pursued the field of orthopedics because there is such satisfaction in seeing patients healed and returned to their active lifestyle as the result of excellent orthopedic care.”

Dr. Slattery and his wife, Kristin Kuhlman Slattery, MD, have two young daughters, and one son. After serving as Chief of the Department of Orthopaedics and Podiatry, 1st Medical Group Hospital at Langely AFB in Virginia, they choose to make their home and raise their family in the natural beauty of the Northwest. Both are pleased to make Lewis County their home and to be able to take advantage of all the outdoor activities found in the area. Dr. Slattery is active in individual sports and shares the enjoyment of road and mountain biking, snow skiing, white water kayaking, mountain climbing and back packing in common with many of his patients.
